Posting this on behalf of a mate...
I've got a SAAS Boss Steering Wheel Kit to suit most Toyota splines. Boss Kit is 60mm long, will suit SAAS, Momo and other steering wheels. As new in box with all nuts, horn fitting and stickers. Paid $80, still have receipt. Asking $50 ONO.

Are you saying this would fit all TOyota's and most steering wheels...? Do you know if it would fit a 1991 Toyota Celica...? Thanks.

unfortunately it doesnt fit the 1991 Celica,
and below is a list of models that it does fit:

I used one of these for about an hour before I took it back (Just didnt fit my steering wheel). They are damn sturdy constructions though, made of some type of rock stuff, not flimsy metal...
