whats the best shocks to go with espelir springs

hey,
i picked up some espelir ASD springs for $100 about 6 months ago, i realy only brought them cause they were cheap, a few weeks later i gathered i should save for some coilovers, so i never looked into fitting the springs, and now i wasted all my money on engines and LSD's so im thinking of putting them in for a while, only problem is im not realy to sure what kind shocks and modifications i need to make to get them in, do they work with like normal gas shocks?
any input is good imput
