 RWD 3Y to Silvertop 4A-GE

hey guys, i just bought a 1985 hilux and im doing some research on what engine to put into it. Its got a 3Y in it atm and i want to put a silvertop 4A-GE into it. RWD - FWD i saw that the 4A-C gearbox out of the Sprinter bolts on but that was in a sprinter, what mod do you think i need to do to get this baby in??? any help would be great.

why do u want to go from a 2 litre to a 1.6litre? it will drive like a complete dog.

well the parts for the 4A-GE are more realidly available and the 3Y goes like a bag of shit. Plus im thinking more into the future of the car... ive been told the 4A-GE is the best go for modding and RWD conversions as far as it goes. i looked into the 3S-GTE but i dont know much about a RWD conversion for them.

hmm well ive got to fit the 4A-GE into the bay... a mate of myn came up to me and said hes got a 18R-GEU.. are they any good for an engine? wat mods are available for them??? any help guys would be great!!!!
