ae82 brake conversion into sprinter?

hi, i have an ae82 rolla with vented&cross drilled brakes front and rear, i was wondering if they would fit into a sprinter.
i know the sprinters run drum rears and seen some people do the brake conversions on hilux diffs and t-18's but the problem of fwd and all that fits thats the problem cos it would be a shame to go to waste. 
would anybody know?
