hi,
i just bought a drift spec sprinter from japan. it is only going to be for track work. but when i was driving it home (on trade plates) i noticed that it would not go into 2nd from third unless i was going 40k or under and with the car basically idling. does this mean the gearbox is on its way out? it doesn't crunch gears or anything else?
any help will be appreciated

Or learn how to double declutch when changing down. I put off replacing my box for a year by doing this.
If you don't know what I'm talking about have a read around or ask some old drivers.

Ahff, learn how to drive and you can bash your way around the gears much quicker than the other clowns who have no idea anyway. Clutches are only for parking cars anyway
