What are the size differences on a big and smallport head?

can anyone tell me the size differents on big and small port heads? pics would be nice!

the ports are way bigger and have a differant offset. small run bang on even with the cylinder, big port dont.
got to www.technotoytuning.com they have port adaptors, from big to small, the photo of it will probably giv3 you a good idea of the comparison.

i measured up some ports with IRA11Y and the effective diameter of the ports were something like:
smallport 40mm
bigport 45mm
this is the effective area expressed as diameter as tho the ports were round..
