GUYS I NEED SOME ADVICE
I have searched but didn’t find a proper answer so im posting here
Im doing a manual conversion for a gz20 soarer and all the parts are coming from a ma70 – 7mge wreck the bellhousing will be different obviously and I alredy can get that off another member of the forums , what I need to know is will the flywheel from the 7mge bolt onto the 1g-gte engine , the clutch and pressure plate im using is also from the same 7mge engine so will it be compatible with the 1g-gte engine and if it wont what kind of flywheel should I be looking at getting – any other cars perhaps help is very much appreciated as I know nothing about the conversion and have to drive my car daily so need it done without the car being off the road for too long so im trying to get all the parts right so I wont have to stuff around and wait for too long as I will most likely get a shop to do all the work
If anyone else herein melbourne can help me do the conversion that would be a bonus

No. The M-series flywheel, while roughly the same size as a Gen3 1G one, has one of the holes offset. So no, it wont be useable because it wont fit.

Your only real options are another 1G flywheel or a 3T flywheel.
Yep, the earlier ones run a 9" clutch and the Gen3 has a 9.5" clutch.
