hi all, my mate rekons that his map sensor on his ae86 is playing up and i need 2 check it but i dont have the specs for the ohm reading that i should get. does anyone have the specs for the resistance? any help will be great.

Map sensor is tested by voltage.
Red and black wires are 5v and earth respectively. (4.7v - 5.6v)
Yellow wire in the middle should read 0.3v-0.5v at low vacuum (100 mmHg)and vary up to 1.9v-2.1v at high vacuum (500mmHg).
So with ignition on and connector plugged into MAP sensor, suck on the vacuum tube and see if the voltage varies between 1/2 volt to 2v measured between the yellow and the black wire.
