Gday gday, well my old black celica is long gone. I had a whole heap of spares for it, that I never managed to get rid of. I'm moving out of my house TODAY, and it all has to go.
FREE to the first person who is prepared to come to Carlingford (Sydney), and pickup whatever they want. TODAY or at the latest Monday (night).
Call me if you are coming, as I'm in/out, moving crap. 0401993327
- 18RGU engine, complete, not seized. Bought 2nd hand, and never used.
- Twin solex carbies for above, not on the engine, but all the bits are there.
- Set of 4 old mags to suit a Celica, with rubber.
- Extractors to suit an 18RC, I bought this brand new for $400 many many years ago, used it for 6 months, before the engine was replaced with the G and different extractors. Still in excellent condition, for anyone who can use it.
- Box of parts, gaskets, and lots of other bits and pieces.

Why is it free?? Because I advertised it for sale on this forum last Feb, and no one wanted to pay me any money for it.
I got 1 offer of $100 for the engine, and that was from an interstate buyer. I couldnt be stuffed packing and shipping it for a hundred bucks.
I gotta move out. I have no need for it. And am happy to give it all to anyone willing to come and take it away.

running beautifully.
had a mechanic friend give the carbies a quick tune
welded 4-5 5cent pieces of rust in the sills to get blue slip
interior is now all factory trim black (half is actually brown painted black)
pinstripes removed.
Pulled 61.2rwkw on last dyno day
Figuring std it should have been around 58/59 and all ive done
is changed plugs fluids etc i was quite impressed.

Cool
That car/engine is alot of fun once you get the rev's up, and keep 'em up. Really happy it's been smooth sailing for you, since you've bought it.
I read through the thread in your sig. I always wanted to put a higher powered engine in it, so it performed on the street as good as it looked. Never got around to it, and hope you do, so it does the car some (street) justice. So keep me posted if you get around to doing the engine upgrade.
All the best with it, cya mate.
