wrong section dude. (should be tech & conversions)

but, on the thermo housing top one is temperature gauge. Middle one is coolant temp for computer. bottom one is cold start injector switch.

in the second pic:

I - Tappet cover ventilation.
II - fuel pressure regulator
III and IV - Not sure probably air-con idle up valve
V - Brake booster

hope that helps

Cheers

Thanks Heaps, I did try to post in tech and conversions but i couldn't put my pic's up. IF i dont have air con i can remove the valve (III - IV) and block the whole?

With the brake booster do i only connect it to the bottom pipe? Does the Top pipe go anywhere?

ok i just had a look at mine.

first the thermostat.
now you have an aftermarket computer right? so this may ned to change slightly for which ones you need.
on my thermostat (i have n aftermarket computer as well (haltech f7 map)), bottom brown plug has been removed to put the temperature sensor for the computer there. it was not needed as the computer manages cold starting and doesn't require the cold start injector. middle plug not used as this is the reference for the original computer which i (or yourself) don't have (so really i could have left the bottom brown plug and used this insted i suppose, the point is you don't need either if you have an aftermarket computer that manages cold starting, but you DO need somewheere for your computer to get a temperature reference from.)
top one goes to the temp sensor in your dash.

on the manifold...
left big one goes to the pipe hole coming out the middle of your rocker cover, next one goes to the fuel pressure regulator (as mentioned in your other thread in the tech and conversions section, mine also branches to the dizzy vac advance from this outlet as well, but could just be cos my dizzy may not have the correct internals), next one along goes straight down to an idle control valve that sits between pipes 2 and 3 on the intake runners, the idle control valve then loops itself back up to a pipe under the throttle body in case you are wondering.
next one along i have no idea (assume airconditioning crap) mine has been retapped for a manifold air pressure signal sensor to the computer.
last one on the right, big one at the bottom goes to brake booster, little insy vaccuum line at the top goes to mmy computer as well.

hope it helps as i know you have a different computer, but mine seems to run alright in its configuration.

Do you have your idle control valve connected to your computer? Did you leave your cold start injector in or did you just block it off? I have an autronic smc computer and a dizzy out of a magna that was machined down so it doesn't have any vac advance stuff on it.
And yes this info helped heaps.

pipe from middle of manifold down to idle conrol valve then pipe from idle control valve to throttle body (it is just heater hose pipe)
the idle control valve has a plug on the top of it that i wired up to something in the loom that got power when ignition was turned to on position. I found an idle control valve on some corona i think that looked like it was the correct one according to one of the diagrams in the other thread i mentioned to you in another of your posts, it did indeed fit and was by far the best 3 bucks i ever spent at a wreckers.
cold start injector is still in therre but not wired up or used as the haltech enrichens the normal injectors on cold starts
