I need someone to over look the fact that my TA22 has a 4point cage and also the exahust is a bit loud (i havent had i cheaked so it might just be legal) Do you think he would pass it if that is all that is wrong with it????

my ta22 has no heater box, front panel indicators dont work, no rear demister, and the windows dont wind up and down properly and he passed it.
CALL ME FOR HIS DETAILS, I DONT WANNA POST HIS NAME FOR LEGAL REASONS.
