ever since i got my soarer about (2 months ago now) the cruze controll never works. now i know its just one of those silly extras that make no difference but hey.... if its simple and easy to fix, why not?
prob is that when i turn it on (driving under the 108kph limit) it will work for about 10 secs then just cut out. the display will flash in red some japanise writing then it wont work again till i turn car off. then start again.
this ever happened to anyone else?
another prob is that sometimes when i start my car. b4 i drive anywhere the display will flash ABS again in red and some more jap writting. then it will just go away. could this be the same prob?
if you can get you hands on the Lexus manual for the sc400, this will tell you what it means as the manual traslates it for you.
or otherwise take it to a lexus / toyota dealer and they may have a manual, or they can do diagnosics checks
