hey, hopefully im posting in the right place.
I have a 91 Cressida grande, in pretty decent condition, that I wanna sell. Trouble is it's done a head gasket, I was wondering whether it is worth getting this fixed or just selling it as is. I had a replacement engine put in it not even 12 months ago, and I've hardly driven it since. I also wouldn't have a clue how much to sell it for once i decide what to do with it. It's got 17" alloys on it, which have a little damage from when it got stolen. Now it also has an alarm n immobiliser in it, the back seats are a little worn, it just has an aftermarket tape player in it as the buggers who stole it also wrecked the original one.
Any help would be appreciated cos I need to get it out of my drive way ASAP.
Cheers
Deb

Hi Deb,
Where abouts are you located ???
A Head Gasket repair can cost anywhere from about $600 to $2500 depending on who does it and what sort of job they do.
If you are able to do most of the work yourself (or get a mate etc) who has a bit of mechanical knowledge, it will save you heaps...
If you want to sell it, post it on www.toyotacressida.net - you might have a bit of luck there...
