Jamboree 17-18/9/05 Fri, 26 August 2005 11:47 Go to next message
Hi I new to toy mods. I have the same post on ozcelice.com. So for those of you that don’t know fast fours jamboree is the biggest small car show in Australia. This event includes Drag racing (all the fast boyz are there eg Mazfix, Pac, Rotor Master and a lot of prominent work shops from around the country), Show and Shine, Babes and Babes and Babes, Db sound off and much much more. Chances are if you have seen any quick cars featured in any magazines then they will be there. So don’t Miss it.

As is said on the previous theard I want to get a cruise organised for both Saturday and Sunday. I was thinking about 8:30am leave BP Coomera for Gold Coast people and 9:30 leave Redbank Plaza (near KFC) for Brisbane people. Now I’m open to suggestions but this is a huge event with a lot of spectators and if you want to get a good viewing position we need to be there by 11am. Please ask any questions and opinions. Check it out at www.jamboree.com.au Please envite every one you know Laughing

I am entered for the drag racing but I won't be going on a cruise as I am staying down there.

I will be in a canary yellow 1982 Corona. There should be a decent turnout of Toymods cars this year.

Yup will be making it on the 18th, can't on 17th cuz its my mates 21st. But he lives out near ipswich so I am just going to go from there the next morning. What sort of cost am I looking at? Cuz i heard that it was about 30 bux, then it was like 10 bux to park in a cage, cuz people tend to feel the need to break into others rides>??>? But all in all, should be able to make it.

Cheers
Crok.
PS, wouldn't mind some toymoders numbers to meet up with people. As said in others, the blue and red 73/74 celicas should make an arrival about 11. Cool

there is no cage, they have a VIP parking u pay $10 for, its not secure in anyway, if it gets broken into its too bad, u just pay the $10 to park 50m closer Rolling Eyes
