Hey guys i am about to buy a second hand unit though i am faced witha problem the one in which i am buying the guy says that you cannot tune it from a computer , only from the hand controller. is this standard???

did they all come liek this????

what do you guys think
any help is appreciated.

also i am buying a 3tgte with crank angle sensor will this computer be able to handle ignition on this motor, i think it will have 4 coils for 8 spark plugs .??????
