Celica TA23 Caliper repair kit - bleeding nipples

Hi all,
A few questions :
- bleeding nipples are stuck : any tips welcome. Till now I heard bore them out, WD40, heat, . . .
- I'm looking for a caliper repair set for a Celica TA23 ST 1977 : is there any source on the internet you know of, please ?
If not, do Toyota still sell new ones, or can I find aftermarket ones ore ones of more recent vehicles that use the same ones ?
