It's a pre made wiring kit. Supposed to make the job alot easier to do.

What's wrong with the original harness in your car? It may be easier, if your original harness is beyond repair and they are available, to source an original harness from a wreckers.
Painless wiring kits are good for cars like hotrods that originally had minimal electrical systems. I haven't used a painless wiring kit but have heard good things about them.
