Gday guys,
Im the owner of 2 corollas both AE82 4A, CS 3spd autos, 1 is an 85 model & the other is an 87 which ive just brought and that im going to keep. Im in need of a little advice??? The 87 model has a cracked head gasket, (i believe) its over heating and its going threw a bit of water, & the bloke i brought it from said that it was a problem. so im going to flush out the raditor, put in some more coolant, put in some chemiweld, (as a temporary fix) change the oil & filter, transmission fluid & the air filter to see how it runs.
why i need the advice is because im planning on eventually pulling the head off the 85 model, buying a new head gasket and putting them both onto the 87. i need to know is there anything i should look out for or know about before i get started, i know it would pay me well to get a new radiator & a new timing belt, aswell as a thermostat, are there any other intracasies about this car that i should know of???
thanks in advance fudsta

As someone once said about troubleshooting 4AC's...
1) Buy another 4ac for $5
2) Replace existing 4ac
