3SGE What gen am I?

I have just bought a TA23 with a 3SGE in it, I was wondering if anyone would know how to tell what gen it was?

Hey,
That looks like a gen 2 to me!  Gen 2's have the same timing belt cover as the gen 1, but a different intake manifold and cam cover. Gen 3's have a black timing belt cover and fatter / rounder intake plenums / runnners. Gen 4 has red or black cam covers. Gen 5 looks completely different.

Nothin wrong with Gen 1, but they dont do 102 FW kw
Do you mean Flywheel or Front Wheel ?

well mines rated at 102 fw kw, i know 3sge gen 1's are 103kw at the fly wheel, but mines not stock.
