fuel rail upgrade?? 3s

yes i have spent the last hour and a half reading old posts about drilling out, buying new and customising the std rail. but it hasn't answered my thoughts on a suitable upgrade.
First do i need to, and secondly can i adapt or modify reliably.
I have the gen2 3sgte, a good new motor, forged pistons, balanced etc, with reco and sweetened up head, Fuel sys. is currently supra lift to bosch MS pump etc. new 3/8's lines, malpassi 2:1, 550cc or maybe 660cc if i can find some, and full computer. It will be a dedicated track car with garrett turbo running 1bar and maybe 1.3bar later with new turbo, cams, rods etc. I would like min. of 370hp with 450hp max. so i want to know if this fuel rail is ok for now?
can i get side feed 660cc easily for this rail, or is that a definate change to a top feed sys. and how can i adapt my rail to take top feeds?
any good advice is appreciated.
