URGENT: I Need Suspension

i need some suspension advice. then i need some suspension!
firstly what is recomended as a basic upgrade? as stock st184 suspension is very cushy.
secondly what would it cost to get secondhand stock suspension parts for passenger front side? and has anybody got any lying around?
my st184 hit the kurb at low speed and my front wheel took all of the impact. I hit while understeering and the wheel was locked (ie sliding)
the lower half of the wheel was pushed under the car about five degrees, and it now has tow-in of about five degrees. the car was driveable but with that much toe-in in the wet it was quite slippery. i was able to move it to a safe spot.
getting a quote from the smash repairers now but i generally dont trust them not to rip me off.
nb. while waiting for the tow truck than 5 cars spun out at the same roundabout

you my friend need to visit riceville, and stick a drift cat sticker on ur wheel, that'll give u some credit, yo.
if you're mecahnically able you could probably visit your friendly local wreckers for the parts you need, dont know how much they'd cost though.

if the wheel got pushed under the car, it would give you 5 degrees of positive camber, not toe.
just might make a difference to the parts you require.

not necessarily, he said he was at full lock, so depending on which way he was steering (passenger side, sliding), it could have just turned the wheel further, then when he straightens wheels he's got toe.
