Which gear box came in the AE86 Sprinter?

is it the t50? same as in the jap spec AE86?

yep, sorta. The JDM box has the master cyl on the drivers side, not the passenger. Other than that its same same.

Early T50's (eg behind earlier corolla engines, dunno what type) have smaller bearings, but all AE86 boxes are exactly the same. Full stop. (except the bell housing as stated)
