its motorised, it can tilt to any position.
start open or closed, closes when you shut off your car or you can set it to be up all the time

The ebay units are a cheaper replacement of this model.
There's also less inputs and functions compared to those ones.
If your willing to buy them from HK with no warranty fine by me
