Insurance loophole!

I just got off the phone to the local police station re incident number (i just wrote my car off on saturday night, not happy  ). Anyway, the said that the insurance company can ask for any information relation to the crash from their customers, HOWEVER its up to them what information to disclose and the police will clarify. But the insurance company CANNOT gain access to the info from the incident because it breaches the privacy policy or sumthing.
Im not sure what this means, but i did give them my version of what happened and i'll let youse no how it goes.
Just thought i'd let you no.
Oh, and is there any one who wants to sell me a nice MA70 or GZ20, pm me.

Well thats the thing, they did a breath test and all, but said it wasnt worth charging me or any thing and gave me my license back and a free ride home in the paddy wagon. Im not sure what this means except that cause i got no fine, it wasnt reported right?

Don't worry, ive already got my lotto ticket (did i hear sumone scream "19"?)
Lets see how long this luck lasts shall we, cause if you have see my car some one would have asked 'how?'

well it looks like i got the 1% female cop, she was a bit like a mum, but not my type. And dude, noosa is fully sik, NO TRAFFIC LIGHTS!!!!
