I thought I'd see this soon  turned out to be one of the harder parts to find when I started my conversion...
I think someone (Dylo?) had a set made by a metal fabricator, he just presented a set for him to copy off? As my engine is out of my car for a couple of weeks you could borrow mine if you were close, mind you if you ripped me off I'd hunt you down and steel your car!!
let me know how you go, if you can't find a set it may be time to fabricate...
