can anyone tell me what this tube is for?

it seems to lead to the underside of the throttle bodies.

It's pretty hard to tell exactly with tube that is. There are a few under the throttle body.

It may be the one that goes to the throttle stop thingumy that leaves the throttle slightly open on over-run to burn all the fuel.
