car just died in the ass, dropped from 2000rpm to 0 and just stopped.
checked- getting fuel, getting power to the coil pack but no power coming out of it? how can i check if the coil pack is rooted? what else could it be. some people said it could be computer how likely is that given that everything else works.
car cranks over but dont start..
new battery and its not flat.
any suggestions?
cheers

Could be coil pack is dead, could be ignitor is dead.
Could just be a connection somewhere.
Got a friend you can borrow/test bits from?

BTW, do you get a tacho reading when the engine is cranking? If not look at the connector to the Cam Position Sensor.
