TRD Black brake pads

Hey all,
now that the WayDo pads have ben discontinued, has anyone tried the TRD Black brake pads??
as far as the vague specs go, they look like what i'm after (more bitey street pads, higher friction)
at $160 for front or back, they aint cheap, but might be better than stock rocks...

they are great, prolly between and ebc black and green
