Anyone know of any technical pages showing the process of making turbo manifolds?

It's all in my head , I could photocopy it but the light hurts my eyes , ..., you could come around and have a look yourself, but it's pretty messy in there , ...
Seriously, there really isn't that much to it. You have to decide what you want to make it out of, the quality you will be happy with, the style of constuction, ..., and a mig welder, grinder and die grinder are valuable tools to have access to!
If you are dinkum in making one ask me some more specific questions about what you want as I've made a few of late and have a few tricks you might like to try!

Thanks mate. The main issue i'm concerned about is merging all the runners into the turbo flange! Got any tips for this!
The mainfold I will be making is for a ST205 3S-GTE!

Again, it depends what you want to make it out of. If you use mandrel exhaust pipe bends, the manifold will be alot easier to make than if you use thick wall steam pipe bends. The steam pipe manifold usually looks better once finished as they are easier to linish to look like one length of twisted pipe. I'd be cautious about linishing the exhaust pipe type as they crack easily through the welds once done.
Four into two into one are a bit easier to blend in, as you are only dealing with two pipes at a time, unlike a four into one manifold. Either way, you'll need to become intimate with a die grinder to clean the runners from dags once welded up. Burrs, while expensive to purchase ($50 - 80),soon pay for themselves in time saving over the use of grinding stones. You can also purchase a die grinder relatively cheaply (less than $100), and if you remember to keep it oiled, it will last longer than your car, when use for home duties. The size of the compressor to run it is another story - as all the girls say: Bigger is Better!!!

I was origionally going to use steam pipe bends! Is this really a problem? I would rather have the 4 runners going into the turbo flange because of the limited room

No, not a problem, personally I prefer them. Start with the first one tack it together and cut into it with the second one, then the third, ... and buy a die grinder and burrs definately!
