Good value smash repairs...??

Hey guys,
Just wondering if anyone can suggest a good value smash repair (cheap and good panel and spray work) place around Parramatta-Silverwater areas in Sydney? Don't mind surrounding areas either, provided they aren't too far.
Or if anyone can suggest where I can get my hands on Honda car panels...since I do drive a Honda Civic...I'm mainly on these forums coz I'm waiting for an RA28...as well as waiting for the money for it! Hahaha....
Anyways, back to business. You guys seem like very knowledgeable people, so yes, if anyone can answer my questions, that'd be hella good and greatly appreciated.
