sounds like what happened to me.
would smoke after a period at idle, boosted fine, no smoke on boost. turned out to be the turbo.
id be checking the piping for oil.

looks like burnt oil to me
best thing to do is to drain some out so it's within the full mark on the dipstick and see how it goes.
Could be too much pressure build up from the overfilling, cuasing it to push up past the rings and burn.

overfilled mine, a 4age by a quart and it smoked like a mosquito fogger on steroids for a week or so. only on startup, and not every time.
i don't know why it was eratic. i expect the crank to hit the high oil level and churn it up enough to overwhelm the oil rings, but it shoulda been consistant.

start with the fundamentals and check ur fluids levels. you might want to try an engine flush and oil change while your at it.
Although, i dare say the bushings in your turbo are worn.. allowing the oil to pass into the exhaust
