i got my mechanic (jax) to replace mine with a standard clutch. I think it was a daikin, theres a few that they make that should fit. Really depends on how much power your running and how you treat it. Im running 10psi (i think) and drive sensibly and had no problems with the old clutch. Even after going to wakefield it was fine. Just run some good clutch fluid and it should hold well.
Speak with 4agte for further advice or any of the aw11 mr2 guys

The pressure plate comes with the clutch kit. You may be able to get just the clutch face as a replacement but it always makes sense to replace everything while you can. (ie new thrust bearing that comes with clutch kit, and rear main seal that goes behind the flywheel)
The exedy Heavy Duty clutches have stronger pressure plates. (my old one was 30% more clamping force)
? dont understand ur question

the exedy ceremetallic puk clutches are what you want... they aren't a button style clutch really, as the paddles (or "puks") dont have big brass buttons thru them.
That said, they are decent as the allow a good degree of slip whilst still holding up to some dececnt power numbers. I would personally go a 5 puk as the least number of puks for a FWD.
Next question - do you have the 225mm or 230mm flywheel? Diaken does not have a clutch available for the 230mm flywheel at all, since both the clutch disc and pressure plate are different!!
