G'day,
I asked this a while back and never got a reply so does anybody know what the standard offset of a KE30 is?

go down to a wrecker, pull a whel off, and measure the backspace..... that is more important to know than offset...

if you want wheels for the ke30 in a matched set, ie same front and rears then 6 inches wide with +20 offset clear everything with 195 wide tyres in original rolling diameter.
