dvd decrypter + dvd shrink
but good luck finding it online as any US hosted site has been shut down already due to US copyright legislation barring such tools from being sold/distributed in the USA

well most dvds are dual layered. that means to burn them you need to buy a dual layer burner... OR get dvd shrink, which will cut out all the extra bs and then compress the movie abit, and spit it out in a format ready to burn.

If should say whether it's a dual layer burner, if not you will have to buy one. You'll have to make sure that you get dual layer disks as well.
