im putting a 100kW 4AGE in my AE86 and need a couple of things, if anyone has these parts or can tell me where i could get them it would be greatly appreciated.
parts are:
- RWD exhaust manifold, do not need to be extractors, just something that i can use for the time being.
- Water housing thats located on the back of the head, not sure of exact name, but i need a RWD one that is apparently shorter than the FWD one, even a part no. would be helpful so i can order one from toyota.
- an engine harness, i was talking to an auto electrician and he said he would custom make one for $350 is that a good price?
thats pretty much it,
thanks for any help

Hi Richard.
1) Stuart Wilkins rallying I think the place is called (from fuzzy jet-lagged memory), it's up near Windsor, they sell 4AGE RWD extractors for around the $270 mark. Note they don't have the O2 sensor flange welded on, Liverpool Exhaust can supply the flange and fit it if you work out where you want it.
2) Grab a normal AE82 Twin Cam (ie 86kw) rear water outlet, they are the short ones also. Note the MR2 one is similar to the 100kW one. If worse comes to worst, I'm pretty sure the 100kW will fit - you'll be amazed at how much room there is behind the 4AGE head in a sprinter.
3) $350 for a custom loom sounds reasonable, I've seen people quoting $500. I got mine for $150 with a coil and some sensors, but it was in poor condition. Even if you get a standard 100kW one, it needs to be lengthened if you plan to use the standard firewall hole.
