AE86 and 4AGE 20V

I used the search engine trying to find info on doing a engine conversion in a ae86 but didn't have much luck in finding the info i wanted. Apparantly there are 2 problems when doing the conversion. 1. The distribtor hits the firewall 2. Something about the intake 3. Radiator Piping/plumbing. What are the ways of getting around this? One guy said you have to get a aftermarket ecu if you don't want to cut a whole in your firewall. Is this the only way?

Not the only way at all. There is stuff here if you search! But in short:
1. Yes, but either use coils or mount the cap and rotor on the front of the camshaft
2. Standard plenum points the wrong way. Make a new one.
3. Easy to fix...

yeah
how about do it yourself?
if not really like hard.
I drive a 20v. do you know why you want a 20v.
yuou do know 20v is not is made out to be.
it does not match up to a GZE at all in power or the straight.
but is saying that. i love my car.
there is alot of money the install.
i have a little bit of knowledge of the installation.
i might be able to do a little help.

there is a proper way to convert a 20V to RWD, just look at my worklog on how I have done it, the link is in my signiture
