G'day Justin,
I bought my set from Stewart Wilkins Rallying, U 6/ 16 Wingate Rd Mulgrave 2756. Phone (02) 4577 2400. From memory it was around $277 including GST.
Can't really comment on the quality. Never came with the O2 flange either, but Liverpool exhaust will do it for about $20 I think, you just need to tell them where you want it.

I have a set of mandrel bend extractors to suit a 4AG RWD but they only fit the versions with the starter motor located on the drivers side, quite rare I believe.
