 stupid search companion shight

 hey guyz the stupid windows search companion/search window keeps poping up on my screen and its pissing me off ive tried avg,vet,and a multitude of other av/spy software im lost
looking at to much porn i reckon 
my mum always told me if i hung around slutz id get a virus 
any help or sugestions would be much apreciated thanx

also suggest very highly ewindo
ewindo failing try hijackthis

you mean EWIDO 
I had a bit of this spyware bullshit. My sister opened up an e-mail and I had TNS toolbar and all this other shit. The worst was that I had a trojan that was constantly eating up my bandwidth and kept opening itself every 10 seconds literally.
I would first go here:
http://forums.techguy.org/
Post up your problem in security > spyware.
They have someone go through it with you and tell you what to do.
After all that if you know when the stuff got on your computer, find all the files and use killbox to delete them permanently.
It's so annoying how smart these people are who create spyware and worms/trojans. Why can't they put their intelligence to something useful.

thanx fellas ive also tried spybot,firewalker and adaware and antivir xp,i will download said software and post how it went

Try spy sweeper it picks up everything, just watch out cos it'll pick up itunes, WMP etc so just make sure you deselect them.
