I wouldn't bother with an AE86 front, will be far too overpriced. Go to the bogan wreckers and get some AE71 bits, then go buy an engine+ECU from an 'import' place, probably a silvertop 20 20 valve. Been done by every monkey and his uncle, so won't have any issue finding help. Do some searching on here, sure been covered to death before...

For a ae86 levin halfcut youll be up for around $4k
sss automotive tryd to get $4k out of me but i got all the
parts i need out of the halfie for about half that much!
are u taking out a 4k or 4A?
prices are goin up!( supply vs demand)
may not be the best option, you could get a blacktop halfie
for about $2200, fair enough more work needed but weigh up your
options!
who cares how many times its been done by any one,
there expirience is not your's, so have some fun with what ever
you do!

It was me who bought that AE71 for $100
But Yair man get all the gear you need for the conversion first then rip into her. The best bet would bet to get the motor last as that way you can factor in all the prices for the drivetrain and get her moving.
So far ive spent $550 on my ke70 (including t50) and all she needs now is a tailshaft, motor and the fuel system.
Not bad if i might say so my self, but then again you could buy a Ae71 for $100
