ive got a 82 ke70 p/van

on the build plate it says the axle is: S312

does anybody know what ratio it is?

Should be 3.9. Its the same as an aus spec sprinter.

Got a T312 for my RA28 recently so S312 should be 3.9 as well, think my KE70 pan van is S312 as well (should be i guess). Just put a 4AGE in the van so we'll see how the S goes...
