at the moment I have 3sge with w55 box ( in ke35 ) & wants to change the w55 to 6 speed altezza box ,
to do this , can I use the same clutch & pressure plate and is there any modifications to do ?

What generation 3SGE do you have?
From memory the bottom 2 bellhousing bolts don't line up if you have an early 3S. I can't comment on the clutch or pressure plate but from memory they are different.
The shifter is a long way further back than the W55 shifter - may cause issues with your handbrake.
