4a GZE bottom end Sat, 24 September 2005 04:03 Go to next message
Hello all,

I have for sale 1 gze bottom end out of an ae92. It has nothing else on it ie: sump, oil pump, water pump and so on. It has, however, got all the goodies inside (pistons, rods etc).

It will definitely require some new rings and bearings as it was burning some oil when it was in my car. Everything else should be in good nick.

Kms on engine are unknown.

I do not have a specific price in mind for this so please, feel free to make an offer. I am located on sydneys northern beaches and would prefer pickup but i'm sure shipping can be arranged for the right price Very Happy.

Feel free to call me on 0421 248 208 if you have any questions or just post here or PM me. Cheers

~Josh

Its never overheated and the only reason i'm replacing it is because its burning oil. No noise from bearings although you'd replace them if you were gonna replace the rings anyway.

The reason I didn't rebuild this one is just because I got offered another gze which was in a fire for a price a couldn't refuse. The bl;ock is all still in one peice, as in the crank rods or pistons have not been removed. The only things attatched to it are a couple of studs and the plate the flywheel bolts to.

Any other questions, don't hesitate to ask. Cheers

~Josh

Yea everything from your 4a ge will bolt up to it. The only real differences between a ge and ze are pistons, rods and crank. And ofcourse the supercharger.
