VVT
ISVC
knock sensor

can someone also tell where do I hook up the vacuum hoses below?

top of #4 throttle
the three little hoses come from under the quads

I'm not sure if I'm interpreting your diagram correctly, but the hose on the far right with the question mark is for the brake booster, and the one you've got marked "brake" may actually be for the ISCV
VVT should be straight forward, your microtech would have an aux output for this does it? you only need to worry about the two wires going to the vvt plug.
Does your microtech have input for the ISCV, or knock sensor?, personally I wouldn't worry about these anyway, since for idle control I just use the throttle stopper, and it should be dyno tuned so it doesn't ping anyway (eliminating requirement for knock sensing)
Most of the vacuume stuff isn't essential for running the engine if you've got an aftermarket computer, so I'd just block most of the hoses off and make sure there aren't any leaks.

The Brake Booster Vac line on my silvertop runs from both ends of the Throttle body assy. One of the vac lines runs from it near No4 as shown on your diagram and the other from the point shown on the extreme right of your diagram (ie near No1 TB). They then join together in a T before going to the brake booster.
The hose from the rocker cover goes to the air intake main hose (between the AFM and the plenum). If you have the standard hose, there should be a moulded-in metal tube exiting the front side of this hose.
The ISVC valve line that you marked "?" goes to a large metal pipe coming out of the bottom/front of the metal plenum.
The small vac line coming out of no4 TB snakes down and disappears under the plenum area with all the other vac lines (unfortunately I can't easily see what it connects to with the plenum in place and all the other bits and pieces in the view).
As for the other three lines, its very hard to see where they go from-to without removing my plenum and other bits and pieces. Hopefully someone else can help you out with those.
Regards,
Toby

so use AUX as signal, and what are the other two wires? ignition and ground? which is which? do I need signal from tacho? please if you can tell me more specific as i only got very little knowlege. I couldn't find it on the 20v wiring diagrams tho.

can I block it off if I am using open throttle? will the air inside still circulating after I blocked it?

so it must be connected to one of those three unknow small tubes, please if you can, try to use your hand to find out if its connected to the one closest to the driver side or passenger side or the middle one? thanks
Also, I would like to know if I can get rid of the charcol canister, which is located next to the coolant resever in my AE86. If I want to keep it, where do I connect the hose to?( There are two hoses on the can, one connected to a metal line another one is disconnected at the moment.) and what is the purpose of charcol can by the way?

1. Brake vacuum from side of throttle 1 behind butterfly (big hole)
2. Fuel return to tank (entry) [from regulator]
3. Fuel return to tank (exit) [to fuel tank]
4. Brake vacuum from side of throttle 4 behind butterfly (big hole)
5. Idle Speed Control Valve (ISCV entry)

all the vacuum hoses has been sorted out except the ISCV intake and the one at the back of rocker cover, which the rocker cover one I can block it no problem, but the ISCV one I cannot block it as I tried yesterday and the engine would stall, so should I connect the ISCV inlet and the rocker cover one together with a oil breather in between? any suggestion? also would like to know where do people hook up their oil catch can?
