Does anyone know the standard valve lift in these motors??
I have the rebuild manual from Rod, but its only shows the total cam size...
I am lead to beleive that my 18R-GU has bigish cams in it.
I have measured about 10mm lift, but across the whole cam it only shows 45mm, which is right on stock spec...
how ever it is possible that i have warm cams that have been reground??

.320 @.50 or 1mm lift
