sale or trade? 86 celica sx

after chatting to a couple of guys about possibly trading my car, i thought i'd put it up in case anyone had an interesting offer 
it's an 86 celica sx with an imported 3s-ge engine has around 150k on it, odometer reads 270. has sports suspension and extractors/exhaust.
it was fully resprayed a few years ago, but the paint on the front and rear bumper arent fantastic now
interior is in decent condition, drivers seat is a bit worn on the edges but overall the interior is pretty good for its age.
i fixed it up for rwc when i bought it a few months ago, so there wont be any problem with that (i can happily supply a rwc).
the bad stuff:
the synchro on the gearbox is pretty bad, and it slips out of 5th if you push it hard. im planning on replacing it before any sale (or factor about 400 bucks into the deal to cover it). also, i've found the tyres scrape the plastic under the guards sometimes, should be easy to fix though
will consider any reasonable trade or offer
