thanx WiLo. Thats the specs on the car. I havent had it for long...theres really no money needed to spend on it. Its running fine now. i did have a prob with it b4. But that was just the cam timing.
Im still considering on selling it. Not sure yet...i have another car in mind (Rx7 FC) but if i cant get the extra money i wont be selling this.

how much did you buy it for, cause in the other thread it says 7000ono?... and your selling for 7700? what did you do to it?
Why the increase?... unless you bought it for more than that?

$5000 cash sounds like a good deal
You can import and comply a Japanese GT Apex model for the price you are asking!?

Seriously, you guys must be smokin the same shit.
straight 86's average $3,000 - stock; for one as clean as this, youre talking a grand more.
4age $1k fair enough - how bout the other grand installation?
$ for extractors?
jdm taillights - i just enquired about some - $USD 300
engineer certificate $few hundred
+ other bits
the fact they are 20 years old makes them rare and more valuable.

my Datsun 200b bluebird wagon is 23 years old with original paint always garaged all the vitals work not cuts in the seats pefect condition all the crome on it with the original hub caps on, so now that its 23 years old and in good condition its a collectors car, ae86's arnt that rare considering ever 2nd post is one for sale at a silly price might i add.

Basic ecnonomics revolves around the principles of (a) supply: that is the number of goods to be sold, and (b) demand: the number of people willing to buy those goods. Put together, supply and demand determine the price of a given good. Therefore if supply outstrips demand then prices are likely to fall, but if demand outstrips supply then prices will more than likely increase. So while there appears to be heaps of this particular car for sale, there is also just as much demand to buy them, meaning that inevitably people are willing to pay more to get the car they want.
This has been basic economics with Miniac.
