SILICONE HOSE: STRAIGHT, REDUCER and BENDS

Hey Guys
We have a shipment of SILICONE HOSES coming through next week. This is not the ordinary run of the mill hosing that you often see with the HYBRID Style coolers.
These have been designed and manufactured (I'm an Industrial Chemist) with the following properties in mind:
- Operating Temperatures : -40 to 220 Degrees Celsius
- Pressure : 0.3 to 0.9MPa
These are 5mm thick in design and are made of 4 layers of Reinforced Nylex Polymers for true strength and reliability.
Our first shipment has the following
- 2.5" STRAIGHT (76mm Lengths)
- 3" - 2.75" REDUCERS
- 2.75" - 2.5" REDUCERS
- 2.5" - 2" 90 DEGREE BEND
All in Blue
We will have another shipment after that consisting of 2", 2.5", 2.75" and 3" Straight, Reducers, 45 and 90 Degree Bends.
At the moment, we will only be doing the BLUE hoses, but colours such as
- RED
- GREEN
- YELLOW
- PURPLE
- BLACK
- and ORANGE
are on the cards for future shipments

3.0" - $85.00ea
REDUCER: 90 DEGREE BEND
2.5" - 2.0" - $80.00ea

any chance of 2.75 inch large (ie not sharp) radius bend?
also, (I'm an Engineer) are those pressures you stated absolute or gauge? according to your data, even assuming absolute, these pipes won't work if you run less than 29PSI of boost pressure (gauge)
are all the straight bits 76mm long?

The pressure rating would be on top of standard atmosphere (101.3 KPa) which your turbo boosts pressure above this in terms of psi or bars.
hence he has said 0.3 to 0.9MPa in gauge pressure not absolute.

looks to be a 4ply! very good retail price guys.usually goes for around $10 and inch or so.just thought id add my two cents.

just wondering if you had the 3"-2.5" 90' bends yet? and if you do, could you please provide some dimensions? - ive got quite a tight spot to do this in, thanks
