just intercept the power wiring for the servo so you can cut its power mid motion and have the sleepy eyes at whatever height you want em.

i'm not sure about mr2s but on a celica u can do it by:

turn the headlights on.
and then turn them to the off position.
then while they are in motion turn the knob one click towards the on position.
this should "pause" the lights inthe sleepy eye position

its usually really simple Confused

take out the fuse for the head lights, not the lights them selves but the fuse/relay that makes em come up and down. then jus twist that little knob part on the light cover. that will make em come up and down.

thats how ive always dun it. eg. my mates 180, my mates exa, and my mates celica. thats all i can remember doin it to.

conversion?? easy, take broken lights from one car, and put them into your car?

if you want to be fooly sik dorifto spec, you could find broken lights from different cars that have died at different heights, and then you will be the coolest person with broken headlights around Wink
