were can i find out what i need to do to fit a celica/supra or corona 4 speed box to my 4agte, sick ant tired of blowing sprinter boxs.

why not go for a 5 speed there are better options available.
w55/w58 plus many others

You'll need a 4Axx-W5x bellhousing. They range from $400-$800. The gearbox you can get from most self-serve wreckers for about $80.

are thost bellhousings the same as the ae71 or sprinter bell housings. how much power will these gearboxes handle ive got 210 kw rear wheels

The bellhousings need to be manufactured... they don't come from toyota... 210kw will still break a W5x if you give it absolute hell (ie rev+dump sort of stuff), but it will still take alot more to break than it takes to break a T50.
