I am looking for a car for my friend (preferred in Perth)
I am not concerning about brand and type.
His budget is $500 and he is aiming for some cheap car to be his 1st car since he still need more ecpereience.
He'd prefer the car to be currently licensed
Will be great if the car has more options and in fair conditions otherwise cheap will do.

Mate, a set of average tyres would cost $500 and if you want rego on that car that would make over $1000....so not sure what you can get for that money.
Tell your mate to save his $ so he can buy a decent first car. In the meantime, spend as much time checking out 'cheap' cars for sale. Get a feel for it.
